What is the furniture made from?
We manufacture our furnishings primarily from mahogany wood, a beautiful hardwood that produces antique reproduction furniture, but upon customer’s need, we can also work with many other selected woods such as; teak, mindi, damar, fruit wood etc.
We also use limited number of MDF (laminated timber) and plywood on where there is a risk of warping on flat surfaces.

What is the moisture content of the furniture?
All wood are kiln dried to 8-14% moisture content to prevent any cracking, warping or splitting.
We also do the kiln dry on our raw furniture, in fact we always do the kiln dry 2 times before the finish work.

How long is the production time?
Our production time is 6-8 weeks after the deposit received, depends on kind of furniture and the finish you require.

Do I have a choice on finish color?
Yes, we offer various antique finished with unique colors; walnut, pecan, tea-brown and etc, please see 'color sample' in our website.
You may use your own color by send your sample product for us to copy.

What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 1x20ft, no minimum order on quantity; you can order 1 piece from each item.

What is your price terms?
Our price is Free On Board, Semarang port, Indonesia. Prices are using USD currency

What is your payment terms?
A 40% deposit is required upon ordering and the remaining 60% balance has to be finalized against the document, after the container is shipped.

Are discounts available?
Yes, we put discount for multiple purchase, please contact us for detail.

Can I have a catalogue from your company?
Currently we do not provide printed catalogue, the web site is our furniture catalogue.
Since we have new items continuously, we decided not to print our catalogue, so we can update each of our 'new item' periodically.

Can you send me a furniture sample?
We will be happy to send you our furniture sample, but the costs and freight fee will be charged on importer.

Can I order custom furniture?
Yes, we make custom made furniture for our buyers in USA, UK and the other countries regularly, based on their size and specifications.
We can also make custom furniture for hotels, restaurants and bars.
Please send us the sample or draft picture with detail measurement, material and finish color of your product, and we will quote you our price.

Do you have a designer on staff?
Yes, we have a professional designer who can work with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Corel draw, Photoshop etc.
Please forward us the sketch/picture/drawing/foot print of the item that you want us to reproduce and we would be happy to assist you.

What is the price for custom furniture?
Costs may vary for each item, depends on size of the furniture, materials and time involved.

Can I be assured of quality?
Yes. We are only producing fine furniture with grade A quality timber. Our experienced quality controller will checked and re-inspect each pieces of our product to achieve high quality furniture with the standard uniformity.

How can I check your quality before I decide to purchase a container of furniture?
Please come to our warehouse or hire an agent to check the quality of our furniture.
Alternatively, you can order samples which can be shipped to you at your cost.

Can I visit your warehouse before I buy?
It will be our pleasure to welcome you and show you over our warehouse in Indonesia, please contact us for appointment and we will pick you up at Semarang airport and arrange to book you a hotel upon your requirement.

How many pieces will fit into a 40ft container?
Between 150 to 225 pcs of mixed size furniture, please contact us for detail.

Is the upholstery, leather, glass, mirror, brass included in the price?
Yes, our listed prices are included all equipment shown on our catalogue, including the upholstery with our standard fabric.
You may prefer to supply your own fabric by send it to our warehouse so we can apply it into your chair/sofa.

What packing materials do you use?
We use foam sheet, polystyrene protector and corrugated paper/single face. Please advise us if you require alternate packing arrangements.

How do I place an order?
Please choose items from our website/catalogue, and contact us with your purchase order including color finish you require, we will calculate total volume/CBM available and contact you for the order confirmation.

Is my furniture guaranteed?
Yes. Dependant on the fault, we will either send replacement in your next container, or put special discount if the breakage is repairable.
