Dependant on the fault, we
will either send replacement
in your next container, put
special discount if the
breakage is repairable, or
refund your money.
All of our furniture
products come with a 2 (two)
months guarantee since
customer received the goods.
Variations in carving,
measurements, design and
decoration may vary on each
pieces and cannot be avoided
Please take care to treat
your furniture like the fine
product. Proper care and use
are essential to preserving
your rights under this
guarantee.
We will not replace or
repair your furniture if
improper handle or improper
use causes damage.
This guarantee does not
apply if your product is
damaged on unloading using
forklift, collides or fall
down caused by improper
handle, or by the use of
detergents, abrasives or
other harsh cleaning agents.
This guarantee does not
cover damage resulting from
negligence, abuse, normal
wear and tear, or accidents:
including burns, cuts,
scratches, tears, scuffs,
watermarks, indentations or
pet damage.
The guarantee does not apply
to items offered at
discounted levels.
