Next step is, please enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD, or SIGN UP for a new customer.
For ‘request for quotation’, please enter your Reference Number, your ref number can be any number that you wish to fill up, and the number will become your unique sign to track your quotation/order.
Once you click SUBMIT ORDER, your inquiry/order automatically will be sent into our email.

Download our online catalogue and choose items that you wish to order;
You can easily download our catalogue and pricelist from our website by using a USERNAME and PASSWORD, please contact us to get your username and password.
After you received our catalogue, please send us your order list including the code, description of goods, measurement and finish color for each item required.
You can send your order list via email, fax or send it by post to our address.
After we received your order list, we will calculate the volume of your order and send you a reply with a Proforma Invoice within 2x24 hours.
Once you have confirmed with your order, we will ask a 40% deposit to be sent to our account before we start our production work, and the 60% balance has to be finalized against the document, after the order is shipped.
Every item in our collection is made to order, and every piece is handmade by individuals.
Our production time may vary for each container, between 4-8 weeks to complete order, depends on the items and finish that you required.
During the production process of your order, -upon your requirement- we would be glad to send you the update picture of the production work, please contact us for more detail.
Delivery time to USA and Europe is about 4 weeks, customer may nominate the freight forwarder, or we can find one that suits best for our customer.
